Another alternative if you want to try out linux as an operating system for your bartop :

Created by a French linux engineer, regularly updated to answer to the needs of the community, this live linux os (means that you can try it without installing anything on your hard drive, comes with a pre-packaged front-end based on Mamewah).

Based off Xubuntu, for those who already know Ubuntu, it is a derivative distro which uses the Xfce desktop, lighter than KDE or Gnome desktops, and offering a very good user-experience anyway.

Yeah, I tried to use this thing from the 'original' front-end and I was never able to make it work sensibly Smile
The guy here seems to have dodged the the difficult parts Smile
